DUT fuzzy-resolution proposals for the default team.

Propose-only workflow: cloudsprite.resources.foundry.DUTResolutionCollection.propose never auto-accepts. Explicit cloudsprite.resources.foundry.DUTResolution.accept creates an alias and does not merge DUT rows.
