Per-tenant DerivedQuantity classical stats.

cloudsprite.resources.foundry.QuantityStatCollection.refresh recomputes from the request team's rows only — not a cross-tenant model.

Module convenience alias for Client.quantity_stats (process-default client). Not listed in __all__.
