cloudsprite.resources.foundry.AnalysisClient.backfill_proposals creates HarmonizationProposal rows for unmapped traces and never auto-accepts. Dataset notes live on cloudsprite.resources.datasets.Dataset.analysis_notes.

Module convenience alias for Client.analysis (process-default client). Not listed in __all__.
