Per-tenant CanonicalSignal embeddings.

cloudsprite.resources.foundry.EmbeddingsClient.refresh upserts team vectors; cloudsprite.resources.foundry.EmbeddingsClient.search ranks within the default team only.

Module convenience alias for Client.embeddings (process-default client). Not listed in __all__.
