DUTResolutionCollection.propose¶
Run the fuzzy matcher and upsert proposed rows.
Returns candidate proposals only — never auto-accepted, even at
score 1.0. Call DUTResolution.accept explicitly to create an
alias (does not merge DUT rows).
Server: POST /api/foundry/dut-resolutions/propose/.
